Site — a resource located on the Internet at https://dconnect.cc/
User — an individual (including a representative of a legal entity) who has the ability to visually review the information posted on the Site.
Site Administration — the owner of the Site.

1.2. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site located at https://dconnect.cc/. The Site does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may access via links available on the Site.

1.3. The Site does not generally verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User and does not monitor the User’s legal capacity. The User provides sufficient and accurate personal data when using the Site’s services and keeps this information up to date.


2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data


2.1. The Site collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for using services, providing services, fulfilling agreements and contracts with the User, except where legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan requires mandatory storage of personal data for a legally defined period.

2.2.1. Establishing communication with the User, including sending notifications related to Site usage and services, providing services, and handling requests and applications.

2.2.4. Conducting advertising activities with the User’s consent, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on advertising.
2.2.5. Providing effective customer and technical support.
2.2.6. Improving the quality of Site services and usability.


3. Conditions for Processing and Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties


3.1. By using certain Site services, the User consents to the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3.2. The Site stores personal data in accordance with internal regulations of specific services.

3.3. Personal data remains confidential, except when voluntarily made publicly available by the User.

3.4. The Site may transfer personal data to third parties in the following cases:
3.4.1. The User has given consent.

3.4.4. In case of sale of the Site, all obligations under this Privacy Policy transfer to the buyer.

3.6. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User in accordance with legal requirements.

3.7. The Site Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions.

3.8. The Administration and User jointly take measures to prevent losses caused by data leakage.


4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties


4.1. User obligations:
4.1.1. Provide accurate personal data and ensure it belongs to them.
4.1.2. Update data when necessary.

4.2. User rights:
4.2.1. Withdraw consent by sending an email to dconnectru@gmail.com

4.3. Administration obligations:
4.3.1. Use personal data only for the purposes stated in this Policy.
4.3.2. Keep data confidential and not disclose without User consent.
4.3.3. Take reasonable security measures.
4.3.4. Block data upon request during verification of violations or inaccuracies.

4.4. Administration rights:
4.4.1. Modify this Privacy Policy without User consent. New version becomes effective upon publication.


5. Liability


5.1. The Administration is liable for losses caused by unlawful use of personal data.

5.2. The Administration is not liable if data:
5.2.1. Became public before disclosure.
5.2.2. Was received from third parties before acquisition by the Administration.
5.2.3. Was disclosed with User consent.


6. Dispute Resolution


6.1. A claim procedure is mandatory before filing a lawsuit.
6.2. The recipient must respond within 10 calendar days.
6.3. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in court.
6.4. The applicable law is the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
